I graduated from the Professional Massage Academy in St.Cloud, MN.  I am regularly taking continuing education classes to learn more about my profession. This enables me to offer you a variety of choices customized to you personally.
I want you to enter into my safe, secure, and nurturing environment and exit feeling relaxed, refreshed and ready to face the world.
I am very interested in playing a part in your self care journey.   I offer a variety of modalities that address a variety of issues in order to help you reach your goals. 
  I love reading , writing, cooking, baking, design, organizing, re-purposing and re-finishing furniture.  I also like to dabble in little art projects. and practicing French.
